I was a proud member of Team USA at the World Regionals in Toronto 2019.

July 18 – July 21, 2019, I competed at the North America, Central America, Caribbean World Masters Athletics (NCCWMA) Championships in Toronto, ON, Canada. I won the Gold medal on July 21, 2019, in the 8K cross country event, and I won the Silver medal on July 18, 2019 in the 10K road race. I am coached by Tina Klein, Balanced Running.
