Game Night Timer – AIY Voice Kit v1 Giveaway — September, October, and November 2025

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this giveaway is Caroline Dunn of Indigo Business Solutions, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway consists of three (3) separate and distinct monthly entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as defined below.
  • Entry Period 1 (September): Begins September 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.
  • Entry Period 2 (October): Begins October 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.
  • Entry Period 3 (November): Begins November 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Non-winning entries from one Entry Period will not carry over into subsequent Entry Periods.

  1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter during any given Entry Period, an entrant must perform all two (2) of the following actions within that Entry Period’s timeframe:
  2. Leave one (1) relevant comment on a video designated for that month’s giveaway. The specific video(s) eligible for entry will be noted in the description of each eligible video.
  3. Submit your entry form (link is available in the description of the eligible video) to confirm your actions and submit your official entry for that month.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period.

  1. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded. One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner for each of the three (3) Entry Periods. Each prize consists of one (1) Google AIY Voice Kit v1.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: This prize includes the Google AIY Voice Kit v1 only. A Raspberry Pi 3 computer is required for the kit’s operation but is NOT included in this prize.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $40.00 USD. Shipping with tracking number to a valid US address is included. Caroline Dunn is not responsible for lost, misdelivered or damages during transit.

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: For the September 2025 Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a live, random drawing on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST; for the October 2025 Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST; and for the November 2025 Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Each drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received for that specific Entry Period. The potential winner will be announced during the live stream and notified via email at the address provided on the entry form, and will be asked to provide a valid U.S. shipping address. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours; if no timely response is received (or if eligibility cannot be verified), an alternate will be randomly selected and notified via email, and this process may continue as needed.

The potential winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entry. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the required time will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. YOUTUBE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: By entering, you acknowledge and agree to a complete release of YouTube from any and all liability related to this giveaway. You acknowledge that this promotion is subject to YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, which can be found at the respective links. Any entries that do not comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
  2. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
  3. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes a winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name (or YouTube username) for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
  4. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
